One of the more basic smoothie plans is the notorious strawberry smoothie recipe. A decent natively prepared smoothie recipe has new natural products that complete one another (think strawberry banana yogurt smoothie), add a sprinkle of milk, yogurt, and a smidgen of honey assuming you'd like and you have a sweet tidbit that will support and fuel your body for quite a long time!


  • Strawberries 
  • Banana fresh
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Sugar or honey
  • Yogurt


  1. Wash the strawberries and peel the banana
  2. Cut them or move the fruits directly to blender.
  3. Now add milk 1 cup, sugar or honey and yogurt 2 to 3 tbsp
  4. Blend them well until it became smoothie and ice cubes if you need(its totally optional)
  5. That's it lets serve the smoothie and chill!!
