Soya chunks curry / Meal maker curry recipe – a North Indian style simple soya chunks curry. This recipe has soya chunks in a tasty sauce. Soya chunks are full of protein and have a meat-like surface. So it is healthy as well.

Directions
- Take soya chunks and put them in steaming hot water for 30 minutes. Then, at that point, channel the water. Wash them in running water 2-3 times.
- Squeeze out the water from soya lumps utilizing your hands. Put these soya pieces to the side in a bowl.
- Peel off onions. Additionally, strip and finely slash ginger and garlic.
- Take tomatoes in a blender. Add finely chopped ginger and garlic. Drudgery the tomato blend to a smooth puree.
- Heat oil in a kadai or dish. Add bay leaf and cloves and saute for a couple of moments. Then, at that point, add finely chopped onions.
- Saute till the onions become brown on the edges.
- Presently add the ground tomato puree.
- Allow it to cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes and afterward add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder alongside salt.
