Mamidikaya Pappu Recipe is a simple dal formula and the consideration of crude mango gives an ideal contort to our customary dal dish. Ingredients
- Oil / నూనె - 2 tablespoons.
- Garlic / వెల్లుల్లి - 4 cut.
- Curry leaves / కరివేపాకు - 8 leaf.
- Coriander leaves / కొత్తిమీర ఆకులు - 1 springs.
- Cumin / జీలకర్ర - 1/2 teaspoons.
- Raw mango / పచ్చి మామిడి - 1 substantial.
- Chopped onion / తరిగిన ఉల్లిపాయ - 1 substantial.
- Turmeric / పసుపు - 1 squeeze.
- Toor dal / కందిపప్పు - 1 container.
- Salt / ఉ ప్పు- 1 to taste.
- Red bean stew - 2 piece.
- Mustard / ఆవాలు - 1/4 teaspoons.
- Hing / ఇంగువ - 1 squeeze.
- Green Chillies /పచ్చి మిరపకాయలు - 2 pieces
- Red Chillies / ఎండుమిర్చి -2 pieces

Directions
- Warmth oil in a container include mustard seeds, broken red stew and cumin.
- Include 4 cut garlic and include hacked onion and saute for 2 min.

Include salt, turmeric , include green chillies, curry leaves and diced unripe mango. Add water just to inundate cut mango and cook for 10 min till mangoes are delicate yet not completely cooked. Include bubbled dal and water if necessary check flavoring.
