Lassi is a cooling drink ideal for the warm late spring months. Well known in Punjab and North India, there are numerous varieties of a lassi recipe, including mango lassi, dry natural products lassi, and malai lassi. Here I share three simple, empowering and delightful lassi formula varieties with you.
Ingredients
- Curd
- Sugar
- Rooh afza - 2
- Cardamom
- Pistachios
- Almonds

- Saffron food Color
Directions
Rose Lassi:
- Take a blender and pour 1 cup curd in it. ensure the curd is thick and chilled.
- Add 2 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp rooh afza. change the sugar to your decision as rooh afza likewise has sugar.
- Blend everything.
- At last, pour rose lassi in a tall glass and top with rose syrup.
- Serve it.
Punjabi Lassi:
- First, in a blender take 1 cup curd. ensure the curd is thick and chilled.
- Add 2 tbsp sugar and ¼ tsp cardamom powder.
- Blend well.
- At long last, pour Punjabi lassi in a tall glass and top with malai or cardamom powder.
Dry Fruit Lassi:
- Take a blender and pour 1 cup curd in it. ensure the curd is thick and chilled.
- Add 2 tbsp pistachios, 2 tbsp almonds, 1 anjeer, 2 tbsp sugar, and ¼ tsp saffron food tone.
- Blend it well.
- At last, pour dry natural product lassi in a tall glass and top with cleaved pistachios.
- Serve it.
