Ingredients

  1. Gongura/గోంగూర 
  2. Sorakaya /సొరకాయ
  3. Onion cuts/ఉల్లిపాయలు 
  4. Green chillies/పచ్చిమిరపకాయలు 
  5. Tempering seeds/పోపు గింగులు
  6. Hing /ఇంగువ
  7. Coriander /కొత్తిమీర
  8. Curry takes off /కరివేపాకు పడుతుంది
  9. Oil/నూనె
  10. Salt to taste /ఉ ప్పు
  11. Red bean stew powder /Red బీన్ కూర పొడి 

Directions

  1. Take a container pour some oil and warmth it,add in dried red chillies,tempering seeds and saute for couple of minutes. 
  2. Add onions,sorakaya pieces,green chillies,gongura leaves,turmeric powder,some water as required and blend well.Cover and cook,bring it to bubble. 
  3. Add curry leaves,rock salt,red bean stew powder,coriander leaves and convey it to bubble for couple of more minutes. 
  4. Transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
