Capsicum curry

Capsicum masala curry recipe. It is very easy to prepare this dish with some spices and turmeric in it. This Indian family has been serving this vegetarian meal for over 2 centuries. The simple way of cooking the basmati chutney consists mainly of frying cooked coconut but using more than one ingredient per bowl when you want all flavor added into your food (especially if you have children). For instance, sauteed jalapeno leaves add a wonderful spicy kick that makes us smile.

Ingredients

For Masala :

  • Peanuts - 2 tbsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Dried red chilli -2
  • Oil
  • Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tbsp
  • Sesame
  • Cooriander seeds -1/4 tbsp
  • Fenugreek seeds
  • Dry Coconut -1/2 cup

For Curry :

  • Oil
  • Turmeric - 1/4 tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Chopped onions
  • Capsicum  chopped(cubed)
  • Salt
  • Tomato finely chopped
  • Tamarind extract -1 tbsp
  • Coriander

Directions

  • Initially, in a dish dry meal 2 tbsp peanuts until they turn crunchy and skin isolates.
  • Include 1 tbsp sesame and meal until they turn fragrant.
  • Move to the little blender and permit to cool totally.
  • Presently in a similar skillet add 1 tsp coriander seeds, ½ tsp cumin, ¼ tsp methi.
  • Further add not many curry leaves, 6 dried red stew and ¼ cup dry coconut.
  • Cook until the coconut becomes brilliant brown.
  • Permit them to cool totally, and move to the equivalent mixi.
  • Presently mix to coarse powder without adding any water. keep to the side.
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil and saute 1 tsp cumin
  • Add in ½ onion followed by 1 tsp ginger garlic glue and saute well.
  • Furthermore add 1 capsicum, ½ onion and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Saut well.
  • Further add 1 tomato and saute well.
  • Then add 1 tomato and saute well.
  • Presently add ¼ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp salt and blend well.
  • Add in pre-arranged masala and saute for minute.
  • Presently add ½ cup tamarind concentrate and blend well.
  • Add water as required changing consistency.
  • Cover and cook for 10 minutes, or until oil isolates.
  • Add 2 tbsp coriander and appreciate capsicum masala curry with roti.
