- Basmati rice (soaked 20 minutes) - 1 cup
- Water - 2 cups
- Salt
Directions
- First, take a kadai then heat 2 tbsp ghee.
- Now add saute 2 straight leaf, ½ tsp shah jeera, 1 star anise, 3 unit cardamom, 1 dark cardamom, 1 mace, 4 clove and 1 inch cinnamon.
- Presently add 1 onion and saute well.
- Further add 2 bean stew, 1 tsp ginger glue, 1 tsp garlic glue and saute until onions become brilliant brown.
- Also, add 2 tbsp mint, 2 tbsp coriander and saute until it turns sweet-smelling.
- Keeping the fire on low, add 1 cup basmati rice and saute for 2 minutes without breaking rice.
- Presently add 2 cup water and ¾ tsp salt. blend well.
- Cover and stew for 10 minutes.
- Till 10 minutes, give a delicate blend ensuring water is consumed and is damp.
