  • Ghee - 2 tbsp

  • Onion (sliced)

  • Basmati rice (soaked 20 minutes) - 1 cup
  • Water - 2 cups
  • Salt

Directions

  • First, take a kadai then heat 2 tbsp ghee.
  • Now add saute 2 straight leaf, ½ tsp shah jeera, 1 star anise, 3 unit cardamom, 1 dark cardamom, 1 mace, 4 clove and 1 inch cinnamon.
  • Presently add 1 onion and saute well.
  • Further add 2 bean stew, 1 tsp ginger glue, 1 tsp garlic glue and saute until onions become brilliant brown.
  • Also, add 2 tbsp mint, 2 tbsp coriander and saute until it turns sweet-smelling.
  • Keeping the fire on low, add 1 cup basmati rice and saute for 2 minutes without breaking rice.
  • Presently add 2 cup water and ¾ tsp salt. blend well.
  • Cover and stew for 10 minutes.
  • Till 10 minutes, give a delicate blend ensuring water is consumed and is damp.
  • Cover and stew for 10 additional minutes, or until rice is cooked totally.
