Ingredients

  1. Atukulu one cup (Poha/Aval/Beaten Rice flakes)
  2. Yellow split moong dkl 1/2 cup (pesara pappu)

  5. clarified butter 1/4 cup + two tbsps, slightly heat
  6. Cashews 5-6, finely shredded
  7. Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

Methods For atukula ladu

  1.   5. In the same vessel, add one 1/2 tsps of drawn butter and add the bottom overwhelmed rice. Roast on low flame for two mts. take away to a plate.
  6. Store in air tight instrumentation upto three to four weeks.
