This new and tasty Mint Chutney formula is a brilliant, cooling, and exciting plunge, sauce, or spread. It's a simple 10-minute blender formula, presented with firm Indian bites, baked dishes, kebabs, idli, dosa, sandwiches, etc
Ingredients
- Pudina or Mint leaves
- Oil - 3tbsp
- Green chilies
- Red chilies
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Cumin seeds
- Coriander leaves
- Tomatoes - 2
- Tamarind
- Turmeric powder
- salt as required
- Black gram
- Bengal gram
- Curry leaves
Directions
- Take a kadai add oil and warm it.
- Into it, add cumin seeds, add green chilies, saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Add garlic cloves and saute.
- Add dried red chillies and saute for few moments.
- Add mint leaves, coriander leaves, blend well until every one of the leaves converts into a smash.
- Cook them for 4-5 minutes.
- Add chopped tomatoes, blend well and cook until tomatoes turn delicate.
- Add turmeric powder, blend and saute well for few moments.
- Cook the chutney blend for few moments.
- Turn off the flame.
- Cool it down.
- In a mixing container, add the chutney blend.
- Add salt according to taste.
- Mix the chutney combination into the glue.
- In a sauce dish, add oil and warm it.
- Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and let them splitter.
- Add urad dal, chana dal and saute well.
- Add dried red chillies by breaking them, mix well.
- Add curry leaves, let them pop.
- Add the mixed chutney into the tadka, blend well.
- Serve it
- with rice/idli/dosa.
