Ingredients

  • Eggs - 2 number.
  • Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
  • Curry leaves (chopped) - 1 springs.
  • Green chilies - 1-2 numbers.
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoons.
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
  • Salt - to taste.
  • Carrots (chopped) - 1 tablespoons
  • Rice (cooked) - 1 cup.
  • Oil - 3 tablespoons.

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt (to taste) and saute it.
  2. To it, add eggs and cook it by stirring occasionally for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Then add carrots to the same pan and cook for some more time.
  4. At last, add rice, salt and mix nicely.
  5. Now Egg fried rice is ready for serve.
