Ingredients
- Eggs
- 2 number.
- Mustard
seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
- Curry
leaves (chopped) - 1 springs.
- Green
chilies - 1-2 numbers.
- Ginger
garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoons.
- Turmeric
powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
- Salt
- to taste.
- Carrots
(chopped) - 1 tablespoons
- Rice (cooked) - 1 cup.
- Oil
- 3 tablespoons.
Directions
- Heat oil in a pan,
add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, turmeric
powder, salt (to taste) and saute it.
- To it, add eggs and
cook it by stirring occasionally for 1-2 minutes.
- Then add carrots to
the same pan and cook for some more time.
- At last, add rice,
salt and mix nicely.
- Now Egg fried rice
is ready for serve.
