For Marination

  • Mutton cut into pieces - 800 gms
  • 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Curd - 1cup
  • Green Chillies - 4 or 5
  • Red Chilli Powder- 1 or 2 tbsp
  • Asafetida - ½ tbsp
  • Cumin Powder - 1 tbsp
  • Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp
  • Salt To Taste
  • Ghee - 1tbsp
  • Coriander Leaves

For Gravy

  • Ghee - 2 tbsp
  • Oil - 4-5 tbsp
  • Black Cardamom - 1
  • Black Pepper - 5 or 6
  • Cloves - 2 or 3
  • Bay leaf - 1
  • Cinnamon - 1
  • A pinch of Stone Flower
  • Onion - 5 or 6

For Masala

  • Coriander Seeds - 4 tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds - 1tbsp
  • Mace - 1
  • Black Cardamom - 5
  • Black Pepper - 2 tbsp
  • Cloves - 4
  • Green Cardamom - 5
  • Cinnamon Stick -1½ inch
  • Salt -½ tbsp
  • Ghee - 2 tbsp
  • Masala - 1 tbsp
  • Few Coriander leaves

  • Coriander Leaves , धनिया

Directions

For Marination

In a huge blending bowl, add lamb, ginger garlic glue, curd, green bean stew, red stew powder, asafetida, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt to taste, ghee, coriander leaves and blend well and keep it to the side.


For Masala

In a dish, add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, mace, dark pepper, cloves, green cardamom, cinnamon stick, salt, and dry meal them well, cool it down, and afterward crush it into a powder and save it to the side for some time in the future.

For Gravy

  • Take a pot or kadai, heat ghee and oil, add dark cardamom, dark pepper, cloves, sound leaf, cinnamon, a touch of stone bloom and saute well.
